To use this tool, click or tap on the double-sided arrow next to the movie title and then drag to the desired position. Then once you have the rankings the way you like them, click on the blue button at the top to copy your current list to the clipboard. From there you should be able to paste it wherever you choose. Be aware, though, that you will likely get a square or other character in front of the title. This is due to the double-sided arrow icon being missing from wherever you pasted the list. I'll see if this can be fixed for the future.
The desktop/laptop experience is better than the mobile experience right now. Tapping and holding on the double-sided arrow can be a little annoying on mobile. Hopefully I can fix that in the future.
